Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka's birthplace is Minsk which is located in Belarus. Sergey the father of her (who died in 2019) was an ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born May 5, 1998 at Minsk Belarus. Aryna Sabalenka holds 12 WTA Singles titles, one that was awarded the title "Grand Slam" in the Australian Open 2023. She is also an excellent doubles player. She has won two other Majors in this specialty that include the US Open 2019 and the Australian Open 2021 won both with Elise Mertens. She also achieved an incredible Sunshine Double in 2019, by winning the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open alongside Elise Mertens. Four women's teams have achieved this feat. The world's singles ranking rose again to its highest position in January 2023. The same year she won at Melbourne in the following year, and then was ranked number one worldwide for doubles. Dmitry Tursunov (a former Russian tennis player) was her coach for a portion of the 2019 season in 2018 and through the close of the season. Dieter Kindlmann coached her briefly between August 2020 and September. Her training has been provided by her native hero Antonio Dubrov since the end of 2020. Her top idols include Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova.
